In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery store, a post office, a restaurant, and an ATM, while the nearest restaurant is right next to the house. The sea is 8 km away (the Lim channel), attractive beaches, tourist settlements, and resorts on the west coast of Istria are 15 km away. The nearest beach can be found in the vicinity of the town of Vrsar. On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. On the second floor there are two double rooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Kata San Lorenzo exudes traditional style, comfort and luxury at the same time. The property is surrounded by a large yard with Mediterranean trees and a stone wall. A large pool of 72 m2 is located in the central part of the courtyard. Sehr schönes und vor allem geräumiges Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Zur nächsten Konoba, die sehr zu empfehlen ist,sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieter Branko und Daniela sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer zu erreichen! Wir waren 5 Personen mit Hund und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt! Kommen gerne wieder, da es sehr erholsame, entpannte Tage waren!

Genau so, wie man sich ein Landhaus vorstellt. Für 10 Personen ist viel Platz in den attraktiven Zimmern, Jedes mit Bad, in der Küche mit Riesen-Esstisch, vor dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer und auch auf der Terrasse. Bei uns war es leider noch etwas kalt, sodass wir den Außenbereich kaum nutzen konnten, aber der Garten war ideal zum Ostereier-Verstecken. Dafür haben wir jeden Abend vor dem Kamin gesessen. Das Haus hält, was die Bilder versprechen und auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und helfen in kurzer Zeit. Wir können die Villa Kata absolut empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. Wir (2 Erwachsene und unsere Söhne 20 + 13) waren positiv beeindruckt bei unserem ersten Kroatien Besuch von dieser großzügigen, gepflegten privaten Unterkunft mit einem großen Pool. Die Villa liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Städte Porec und Rovinj sind jeweils ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt von dieser Villa. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hat unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Bei der Ankunft hat man es uns ermöglicht schon früher ins Haus zu können. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieter waren bei allen Fragen für uns da. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, dennoch musste man zum Einkaufen und zum Strand Fahrtzeit in Kauf nehmen. Wenn man dieses Haus mieten, ist Erholung garantiert. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn! July, 2020
