The villa spans 4 floors, including a basement, lower ground floor, ground floor, and first floor. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy a large heated overflow pool (64 m2), sunbathing areas, a jacuzzi, an outdoor heated shower, and a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue. This creates a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of Istria.

Inside the villa, the ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, while the first floor houses 4 elegant bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The lower ground floor offers additional entertainment with a gym, sauna, wine cellar, and a game room equipped with a PlayStation 5 console, dartboard, and billiards. Guests can use an additional bathroom with a shower. The basement also includes a garage.

Each room in this newly built, energy-efficient passive holiday home is air-conditioned and has underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and LCD TVs provide additional comfort in the living room and each bedroom.
