The villa has 3 levels. There is a swimming pool on the lowest level.

Jump into the pool to refresh yourself or enjoy the sun on the comfortable deckchairs. Above the pool is a well-equipped, covered summer kitchen, which has a refrigerator and a dining table so that you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air. The summer kitchen also offers a charcoal grill, so you can practice your grilling skills.
The middle level has an open plan and consists of a living room with satellite television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances. On this level there are also two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom. The second floor, i.e. the highest floor, is reserved only for bedrooms, specifically three of them. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and two of the three bedrooms have an additional couch that can be used as a sleeping bed.
