On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and an entertainment room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers and access to a common terrace with a jacuzzi. On the second floor, there are two apartments with their entrances.
