A spacious living room with an exit to the terrace and pool is on the ground floor, as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table. A double bedroom with a bathroom, a laundry room and an extra toilet are also on the ground floor.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the balcony. Whole house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi. House have underfloor heating.
In the summer kitchen there is a fireplace and a large dining table.
Trampoline, football table, picado and Playstation are at your disposal. Pool with hydromassage is 45m2.
The villa is completely fenced and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped green garden. Private parking is in the closed yard.
