In front of the house there is a private swimming pool ideal for hot summer days, while the terrace with garden furniture offers perfect moments with friends and family at night. The house has a private parking lot.

What a beautiful, newly built stunning villa! It sits on a hill overlooking Podstrana and the views are awesome. The villa gets the sun all day and you get the bonus of a wonderful sunset over the hills of Split every evening. The villa is brand new and very well equipped with all you would ever need. The beds are really comfortable and the fixtures luxurious. Our host Josipa could not have been more helpful with any tiny request and even taking the deposit in euro's (so we did not have loads of Kuna's on our last day). The pool is stunning and the villa really peaceful with a surprisingly good WiFi signal. We loved everything about this villa and would recommend to anyone.
