Holiday house with private pool, fenced garden and covered barbecue terrace. The two-bedroom holiday home is located in the small village just a few minutes' drive from Labin and Rabac and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing family holiday. The property is completely fenced. In addition to modern furnishings with all the amenities one could wish for on vacation, the house has a large meadow that invites you to relax in the sun. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area and a private swimming pool (32m2).
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the first floor. The fifth person sleeps on the additional sofa bed (80 x 200 cm) in the larger of the two bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There are three bicycles available for free, including one for children. Your landlords live in the neighborhood and are happy to help if you need anything. You can also buy home-made wine, schnapps, honey and delicious olive oil from them. Pets are welcome, with an extra amount per dog and day - payable on site.

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus -es war alles vorhanden, liebevoll eingerichtet, auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Nebenan wohnt die sehr nette Schwiegermutter des Vermieters - danke nochmals für Salat und Strudel

Wir waren zwei Familien in dem kleinen, aber sehr charmanten Haus Lana für 10 Tage. Kristina und ihr Mann gaben uns einen wunderbaren Empfang und sehr entgegenkommend mit unseren Anfragen. Die Kommunikation funktionierte immer schnell. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Es hat alles was Sie brauchen. Es hat auch zwei Badezimmer (Dusche und Badewanne). Wir fanden einige Rätsel und Badmintonschläger im Haus, um die Zeit zu vertreiben. Wir waren besonders beeindruckt von dem tollen Außenbereich und verbrachten die meiste Zeit dort. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde einmal während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt noch besser als ich erwartet hatte. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. September 2020.
