There is a nice terrace with garden and barbecue. In front of the apartment there is also a private car park.
The apartment complex has a total of five suites. They are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the house. Guests of the apartments have at their disposal: a shared garden with a fountain, a terrace with a grill, a common laundry, a badminton net and table tennis. Porec is the most famous tourist center in Istria with beautiful nature, clean sea and a rich offer of gastronomic and sports facilities. It has been attracting tourists all over the world for many years, all year round.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut hat uns die kleine geschützte Terrasse seitlich am Haus und die gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Im Haus gab es überraschenderweise eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Grundstück ist perfekt gepflegt und es sind ein großer Grill, Waschmaschinen und Liegen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorhanden. Wenn man durch einen kleinen Waldweg zum Grundstück fährt kann man super unter Bäumen im Schatten parken. Der Weg zum Meer oder in die Innenstadt ist allerdings mit Auto oder Fahrrad zu bewältigen. Kleine Kritikpunkte sind die extreme Hellhörigkeit im Gebäude..da hat man mit einem unerzogenen Alpha-Kevin in der Nachbarwohnung dann Pech. Man hört wirklich jedes gesprochene Wort und erst recht lautes Kindergeschrei. Zum anderen roch es im Schlafzimmer anfangs modrig feucht. Mit vielem Lüften und klugem Einsatz der Klimaanlage war das dann aber kein Problem. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und dabei nie aufdringlich. (August 2019)
