We got a really good offer on this villa, so good that we believed the place was not even real! However, when we came, we were really happy with our choice. Without exaggeration, this is the best villa we ever stayed in. The house is new (built in winter 2019) with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is just the right size, positioned so you can look at the amazing sunset. The kitchen and the living area is comfortable, with big side-by-side fridge (not pictured). On top of that, the hosts were very kind and informative. The beds, layout and outdoor spaces are fantastic. Honestly, one of the best stays and fantastic vacation. There is not a single bad thing we could stay for the entire duration of our stay! We are definitely coming back to this villa!

Very good location of the villa, located on an elevation with a breathtaking view from the terrace, balcony and pool. Clean, well stocked. Beach 5-7 minutes walk, small pebbles under the pine trees. Thank you for the hospitality and an unforgettable stay, we really liked it. We will definitely come again !!!

We came from Germany with the Car and had a great time. The house is brand new and everything was clean and nice. The view over the pool was simply stunning. You can not make a mistake with this house :)

We have enjoyed absolutely everything in the villa. Place is arranged in a conveniant way and fully equiped, enough space for 2 families. There alao is a crib for babies on a demand. It's the best place to enjoy the advantages of good Croatian weather and Adria sea and mountains view and has high level of peivacy as tere are no neighbours in the nearest plots. The water in the pool is very good and safe for little children. Would definatelly recommend and come back there myself!

The villa can only be described as simply stunning. The view across the pool and of the sea beyond, combined with the mountainous backdrop, is absolutely breathtaking. The pool area faces South West and has a perfect view of some fantastic sunsets. The villa itself is very impressive - modern and extremely well thought out with attention to detail everywhere, to name a few; air con in all rooms (wonderful!), a very well stocked kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich toaster etc etc etc), beautiful bathrooms, fly screens and electric shutters on all window and doors, wifi and smart TVs (Netflix is available if you have an account), enough towels to dry an army of people and great lighting both inside and out to show the villa off to its best. The owners greeted us personally and were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They responded to texts quickly and we always felt we could get in touch with them if we needed to. They had very kindly stocked the kitchen with all the basics plus a few extras so we didn’t feel we needed to rush to the supermarket. Just a little about the local area - a few minutes walk from the house there are some steps down to a pebbly beach with a few bars/restaurants and there is a small local supermarket. A little further along the coast (about 5 mins drive) is the town of Igrane which has more of a selection of tourist shops and bars and restaurants along the seafront (again a pebbly beach). There is a public car park at the end of the promenade in Igrane (7kn per hour). Further afield (30 mins drive) the town of Makarska is much bigger with a huge selection of shops and restaurants and larger supermarkets. Parking is much more expensive in Makarska (and difficult to find!) at around 15kn per hour for zone 2. We can only speak from personal experience (and we are quite fussy!) - we felt the villa really is a home from home and we had everything we could possibly need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return!

Can really recommend this house to everyone. It’s a fantastic house with a view over the sea that you can watch all day. We were the first guest that stayed in the house and everything was perfect. The owner and his family was super friendly and made sure that we were happy with our stay. Croatia Tours that we booked via was also very helpful with a high level of service.
