Vecchia casa in pietra, ma completamente ristrutturata. Ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di 4-6 persone. La posizione della casa e a Brela, antico quartiere Zelici, ed e circondata da antiche case in pietra, a soli 200m dal mare, dispone di tutto il necessario: una piscina privata, TVSat, WiFi, aria condizionata, lavatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata. Il piano terra e una zona giorno con cucina e zona pranzo. C'e un letto supplementare per due persone sul divano letto.
Al primo piano si trova una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno (doccia / WC). Al secondo piano si trova un'altra camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno (doccia / WC). Tutti i piani sono collegati con scala interna e dal primo piano si accede direttamente al terrazzo con piscina. Ci sono due terrazze, una con tavolo e sedie e l'altra con una bella piscina. Inoltre e disponibile un barbecue e parcheggio. Da qui c'e una bellissima vista di Brela, le isole e il monte Biokovo a nord. Brela e una famosa localita turistica dell'Adriatico; ha un clima piacevole, bei paesaggi e bellissime spiagge. La casa vacanze durante la stagione viene affittata solo su base settimanale (sabato-sabato).

Wir waren Ende Mai eine Woche zu Gast. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 modern eingerichteten Bädern und der gut aufgeteilte Außenbereich. WLAN funktioniert ohne Probleme, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer.

The ideal place to relax. Furnished with taste and attention to detail. Sympathetic and helpful hosts. Wonderful little bay for swimming in the immediate vicinity, access via a long staircase. Tourist information and shops in the immediate vicinity. All in all very recommendable.

The Vila is a 300 year old building over 2 floors, which is beautifully renovated, modernized and equipped with modern furniture. There are 2 new great bathrooms with rain showers and a washing machine. The kitchen has all the technical equipment you could wish for, especially a dishwasher, which allows you to wash the dishes in no time to lie by the pool and enjoy a fantastic view. To have breakfast in the morning on the terrace and to plan the day and in the evening the grill, which in a separate room with kitchen furniture promises absolute grill fun and we often threw the grill on. Ending the day with a glass of wine and enjoying a breathtaking sunset was an experience for us. The pebble beach can be reached from the house via a small forest corridor with stairs. From there you can explore the landscape and the area on the promenade. We felt incredibly comfortable in the 10 days and recovered extremely well. The family is very warm and accommodating and we were able to approach them at any time with any questions. We can definitely recommend booking the house and we will certainly not be there for the last time. Thank you for this great stay, we felt very comfortable! Das Haus ist superschön, gehobenes Ambiente mit viel Liebe zum Detail plus Parkplatz. Sehr großzügig aufgeteilt alles. Überall Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht auf den Terrassen wunderschön. Alles da, was man benötigt. Zusätzlich eine weitere Küche auf einer Terrasse mit Geschirr und Co. Hier befindet sich auch der Grill. Wir waren in den umliegenden Konobas immer essen. Pool ist regelmäßig (Wenn wir noch geschlafen haben) gereinigt, Böden gefegt worden. Lage sehr ruhig. Ca. 200 m nur über Treppen bergab zum Meer. Schöne Buchten mit Stein-/Kieselstrand. 2 Restaurants für mittags und abends, Laden mit WasserSpielzeug, Eis, Kaltgetränken. WC, Möglichkeit Parasailing etc. Zu Fuß bis Brela Zentrum und zurück ca. 8,5 km. Schöner Spaziergang. Ca. 100 m entfernt vom Haus kleiner Laden für Grundversorgung. Mit PKW ca. 3-5 Minuten entfernt große Supermärkte mit Frischfleisch/-Wurst/Fisch. In Makarska Kaufland, Müller, dm, Konzum,... Um 6 Uhr morgens läuten die Glocken des Kirchturms in der Nähe täglich. Wir und unser Kind (10) hatten sehr viel Freude und einen tollen Urlaub. Eli, die Vermieterin, leistet einen Superservice. Auch die Kommunikation mit croatiatours-Villas war super. Alles Empfehlenswert!

We had an amazing stay in Brela. The home was perfect for our family. The house has everything you need and more. We enjoyed eating outside and swimming in the pool! The beach is a short walk away and not crowded. Perfect for families!! We hope to visit again next year!
